Course fees £325. To include all materials. Accommodation and food is not included.
Deposit of £100 to be enclosed with this form (non-refundable unless a replacement student is found.)

A receipt will be sent as confirmation of your booking, and final details and directions will be sent in July.
The course may be cancelled if less than 5 people apply, or due to unforeseen events.... .....illness of tutor etc - then naturally your payment, including deposit will be fully refunded.
* Please book as soon as possible, as I need 5 bookings before I can secure the studio space.

Sharp hand tools will be used.
Whilst John Roberts will endeavor to give instructions to ensure safe use of the materials and tools, people attending the course do so at their own risk and will not be covered for injuries unless caused by negligence of John Roberts, or through accidental injury by other course members. PuppetCraft Limited does have public liability insurance cover.
